After successful payment, you will automatically receive an email with the download link to your digital product. There will be no physical shipment. Please ensure your email address is correct. If you don't receive an email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Return & exchange digital products
Since this is digital content that is made available to you immediately after purchase, returns or exchanges are not possible.
By completing the purchase, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

Our physical products are individually produced for you and shipped directly by our partner Gelato.
The delivery time is usually:
